The staff at the hotel were really good - polite, attentive, and very professional. The hotel was clean and in a great location, with everything we needed in our room. The breakfast was delicious and there were convenient facilities like an exchange currency office and a nice coffee shop nearby.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It's just a short walk to all the major attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. You couldn't ask for a better spot to explore the city from. Plus, there's a tram station nearby which makes getting around even easier.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Cleanliness was excellent, with well-decorated and comfortable rooms. The hotel facilities were modern and provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, within a short walking distance to the main tourist attractions and surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel's proximity to the tram station allowed for easy transportation to any part of the city.

Located next to the main road to Sultanahmad square, Istanbul Town Hotel offers easy access to the main mosques and is conveniently situated near the Laleli tram station. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast is delicious. You can relax in the hotel's garden and enjoy the view. Istanbul Town Hotel offers great facilities and advantages for a budget-friendly stay.
There were some issues with the Wi-Fi connection.
